Hello! 你好! こんにちは! I'm Kiki.

I am currently the International Programs Coordinator at Stanford Law School. As the main administrator of the Advanced Degree Programs, Visiting Scholar Program, Global Field Studies, and Global Quarter Program, I manage and coordinate admissions, events, and travel with individuals, other departments, and external vendors. I graduated from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey with a Masters in International Education Management and am a JET alumnus (Tokyo 2017-2020). My passion is in helping students access opportunities to discover and understand a world bigger than the one in which they grew up.

EXPERTISE
Professional Philosophy
"As an education abroad practitioner and educator, I strongly believe in student-centered advising and guided learning, ethical and reciprocal partnerships with on-campus departments, institutions abroad, and education abroad providers, and advocacy for diversity, equity, and inclusion. For students, I believe that education abroad consists of more than merely studying in another country for a semester, but that it holds invaluable opportunities for them to learn more about themselves and their host country, understand the complexity of intercultural dynamics, and gain experience that informs and builds on their academic goals and future professional careers...(see attachment)"
